Cleaning
Heritage Tombstone Cleaning, Repair, and Conservation never uses harsh chemicals, metal tools, or power washers to clean modern and historic stones.
We use only products approved for use on tombstones.
Repair
We repair broken or damaged stones, using only approved products.
Leveling and/or Resetting Stones
Leveling and/or Resetting Stones
Tombstones will sometimes fall or tilt due to soil settling. Heritage resets and levels stones.
Search and Excavation of Tombstones
Over time, some tombstones fall or break, and are covered with soil and grass. Heritage conducts searches for missing stones, and carefully excavates, repairs, and resets them.
The photo above shows the formerly missing pieces (the darker stone) of a broken tombstone. The darker pieces were excavated from the ground. The stone will now be repaired.
